Still Pantsless

It's still ridiculously cold in New York and snowing, but yet I'm still not wearing pants.

I met up with the lovely AP for drinks again yesterday and we got far more buzzed that we did last time.

I thoroughly enjoyed bitching about love and life with her and it's nice to know she's just as clueless about what lies ahead as I am.

2 wonderfully suitable 20 somethings single in New York City without equally wonderful suitable suitors, why?

Practically Platonic

Today NY and I finally got around to having dinner. The dinner conversation was nice albeit a bit forced. It certainly felt really nice to be in his company again but tonight I realized that we were destined to be no more than platonic friends.

It's always kind of sad when you realize that a part of your relationship with someone that was really good is officially over.

NY and I have never had a bad moment together and I reckon we never will.

At the end of the night he walked me to the subway where we shared a really nice, not so platonic kiss and headed our separate ways.

INSOMNIA

So as I've mentioned before, I have something really big planned for next month. My preoccupation with how it all work out has left me absolutely restless and I haven't managed to get a good nights sleep in weeks.

Things do slowly seem to be falling into place though, and I'm really excited about what's ahead.

*London guy may have redeemed himself. I will closely monitor his behavior and keep you updated.

Hmmm...

This week has been boring as fuck.

Today I dragged BFF and Mommy out to our nearest MAC supplier with the intention of splurging on some uneccesary cosmetics. After trying out of few shades of this and that I later decided that I much prefer my face, fresh -faced.

So, London guy who I mentioned here and here and here may not be as lovely as I thought. He may perhaps even be, shall I say--douchebaggy and this will undoubtedly thrust him into platonic territory.

If I've learned anything from my unfortunate relationship with Cuntface it's to run as fast as possible when a guy starts to exhibit douchebage like tendencies.

Just Chillin'

Because I'm currently unemployed I have lots of free time on my hands.

Today was a brisk 23 degrees but somehow I decided it was the perfect day for me to rediscover my love of skating.

After about a 1/2 hour outside the frostbite started to set in on my fingertips and I quickly decided to skate my ass home.

I've really been taking it easy since Saturday's unfortunate incident but I reckon things will become more interesting in the coming weeks.

Hall of Shame

I had big expectations for last night. But, I pre-boozed too hard and ended up being too drunk to partake in the festivities.

I'm getting too old for this.

What's most distressing is that my hair and makeup were perfect. What a waste!

Tired and Uninspired

Since I last blogged I started a new job and quit it. Probably not the best way to start the new year.

Yesterday I met up with the lovely AP and had a few drinks. The last time I saw AP I was a free spirit living in London and had just started hooking up with Cuntface, my how things have changed.

I'm starting to realise that next months big plan is going to be a lot more difficult to achieve than I anticipated, but ,where there's a will there's a way, right?

Taking it Easy

This weekend was ridiculously mellow. No booze, no boys, and no fags.

I have a lot on my plate so I'll be quite the busy little bee.
